Rope Access Manager
Adrian's deep passion for work is fueled by his love for rock climbing which eventually led him to pursue a fulfilling career as an abseiler. Over the past 12 years, he has been working as an IRATA Level 3 rope access supervisor and high safety inspector. Prior to this, Adrian dedicated a decade to sailing and boat building, embarking on remarkable journeys, including crossing the Atlantic Ocean and traversing the Pacific Ocean twice, navigating through Cape Horn and Patagonia.
Adrian's diverse experiences have instilled in him a belief that no job is insurmountable. His versatile expertise in sailing rigging and construction empowers him to approach any task with skill and confidence, making him an exceptional professional in his field.
FERNANDO CASTILHO
Rope Access Manager
Fernando Castilho brings forth a wealth of expertise with over a decade of experience in rope access. Beyond his certifications as a builder and carpenter, he possesses a genuine passion for abseiling, skillfully intertwining his diverse trade skills in this thrilling pursuit. Having served as an IRATA Level 3 rope access supervisor and project manager for the last ten years, Fernando's attention to detail and relentless pursuit of perfection shines through in every completed job. No challenge is too formidable for him, his determination and exceptional expertise enable him to complete each task with ease.
